The fully welded mini training goal by Sport-Thieme is incredibly sturdy, suitable for a range of applications and easy to use. The goal features a single-piece design, made of sturdy, fully welded tubular aluminium. It is therefore extremely strong and durable. The compact goal can easily be carried by two people for use in a variety of ways, allowing for different drills for improved technique and skills.

Mini training goals are great for practising tactics and techniques such as tackling, overrunning and attacking. Using 2 mini football goals on a small pitch is especially effective for practising technique. For even more of a challenge, add 5×2-m training goals to the mix. Playing with several small goals force attackers and defenders to play “clean” and with a plan – just kicking the ball around achieves nothing. The attacking players must create space without the ball and create shots with great accuracy. This makes crossing, overlapping runs, changing wings and free runs the recipe for success and not pot shots from a distance. Defenders also benefit from training with the mini football goals: to successfully defend the goal, they must assign opposing players and areas to one another and quickly counter as soon as the opportunity presents itself. Along with practising specific moves, the goal is also ideally suitable for basic training with young children and juniors thanks to its small size.
