The Swimsportec “Bio” swim bench: for improved technique
The Swimsportec “Bio” swim bench includes a bench, ropes and paddles. The isokinetic bench comes with pads for increased training comfort. It features an electronically controlled resistance unit like the BioMeter, but with reduced evaluation options. The display shows the training output (in Nm) and the speed selected (10 levels). The equipment can be connected to a printer and used with an optional software, illustrating the swimmer’s performance in a graph.
