The Vasa swim bench is the perfect fitness product for realistic swim stroke simulation. Whether you're monitoring time, distance, speed, stroke rate, watts or stroke output: thanks to the electronic display, you can retrieve your performance data at any time. This will also enable your coach to keep an eye on training progress and if necessary, intervene at an early stage to correct problems. The Vasa ergometer creates resistance using an eddy brake. The resistance level can be adjusted using the airflow flywheel and can be set to a host of different training levels ranging from rehabilitation and leisure sport to competitive swimming. A rope pull with paddles allows unrestricted movement sequences for different swimming techniques. Includes electronic display, paddles, handles and stretch cords.

Perfect for all athletes taller than 183 cm or weighing over 91 kg.

The Vasa Ergo is just the thing for anyone who is tired of doing time-consuming swimming training in a crowded indoor pool (if available) with 20 other people on one lane in winter and always having to think about how the training fits into the daily rhythm: it trains effectively, you can see mistakes immediately (high elbows etc.) and saves a huge amount of time. All you need is space (3x1.5m) and a good €3000.

Swimmer's ergometer

The delivery was excellent, very friendly and punctual, the men brought the heavy parcel upstairs to the 2nd floor. The device can be used in many ways, but the small computer part is difficult to use because of the lack of German operating instructions (unfortunately only in English). We bought it for our family, mainly for our 9-year-old son, who loves swimming but doesn't always have time for the pool. We use it with great pleasure.
Minus points: lack of operating instructions in German, the wheels could not be attached because the holes did not fit on top of each other. Unfortunately, you can't specify weight, height and distance so that you can set the optimum level and strength. Too little insight into the difficulty levels (there are 7)
