Juggling clubs: mastering the right technique

Juggling with clubs is a bit more challenging than with scarves or balls, because juggling clubs rotate while in the air. With a little practice, however, you’ll quickly get the hang of the technique. Beginners should first practise throwing with a single juggling club. Hold the club roughly in the middle of the handle and throw it in a diagonal arc at forehead height from one hand to the other. It should complete one full rotation in the air. For classic 3-club juggling, hold 2 juggling clubs in your right hand and 1 in your left. Then throw alternately: right, left, right.
