The Sport-Thieme “SQ” seated leg press is a sturdy strength training machine equipped with an adjustable foot plate, an adjustable seat and adjustable shoulder pads, making it an excellent choice for gyms. Every user can adjust the leg press to suit their needs. The textured foot plate offers improved grip, allowing for safe push-offs. The shoulder pads prevent the user from engaging their upper body, ensuring the legs do all the work.
