There is a choice of three different Compex “FIT” muscle stimulator models: the FIT 1.0, FIT 3.0 and FIT 5.0. The 1.0 and 3.0 must be connected to the electrodes included using wires, while the 5.0 device comes with 2 stimulator modules that are wirelessly linked to the stimulator. The electrode modules apply electric pulses to the muscles. The FIT 1.0 offers 10 programmes, the FIT 3.0 has 20 and the FIT 5.0 comes with 30 programmes.
