Floss bands
Floss band: What is it?
A floss band is a latex band used for compression-based mobility techniques. These bands are available in different lengths, widths and resistance levels and are a must-have in any physiotherapy practice. Typical applications include joint pain and tissue adhesions (crosslinks). Discover our range and see for yourself.

Where does the flossing band come from?
The floss band was developed to boost athletic performance and support rehabilitation after injuries. The “flossing” method, popularised by Dr Kelly Starrett, aims to increase mobility, relieve pain and speed up recovery. Unlike traditional methods such as blood flow restriction training, Kaatsu or occlusion training, flossing uses only about 30% of maximum strength. This makes floss bands ideal for controlled strength rebuilding in elite and rehab sports, as well as for use in physiotherapy.
