Due to its size and practical height adjustment feature, the Century “Bob” sparring dummy is ideal for a range of athletes and different MA techniques. The material composition is similar to the human body, meaning that the dummy feels like a real-life training buddy, optimally absorbing impacts. The long, height-adjustable dummy is great for practising both punches and kicks.
The boxing dummy “BOB XL” is the perfect compact size for home use. Can be filled with water or sand so that the dummy will have a sturdy position and remain in place even when knocked hard. “BOB XL” can simply be rolled into place thanks to its round base. The solid workmanship ensures a long-lasting dummy.
