Coordination games for kids and adults

Every movement starts with an impulse in the brain, which is then passed on to the muscles. This ability to coordinate is essential for any targeted movement – whether in sports or in everyday life. It includes, for example, being able to put a key into a lock and turn it, or standing on one leg and keeping your balance. For children, coordination games are crucial for supporting motor development. For seniors, coordination exercises can play an important role in helping to prevent falls.

Why coordination exercises matter

In sports, coordination games are often used to train movement patterns and improve balance and reaction time. Those who control their movements confidently, react quickly and can catch themselves when they stumble are at a much lower risk of injury. Children can train coordination through a wide variety of fun games – you’ll find ideas for solo and group coordination games in our practical guidebooks. We also offer a wide range of high-quality training equipment for coordination games.
