Individuelles Trainingsgerät fürs Wasser Wünsche: Für ein besseres Handling und mehr Sicherheit wären Schlaufen für die Hände wünschenswert. Ein passendes Trainingsvideos mit Tipps und Anregungen kann eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für den Anwender sein. Eigene Erfahrung: Das Gerät lässt sehr viel Spielraum für Individualität und Kreativität bezogen auf Übungen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Wenn man etwas Zeit investiert und sich im Internet Inspiration holt sowie Self- Sessions mit dem Gerät im Wasser durchführt birgt es ungeahnte Einsatzmöglichkeiten und erzeugt Schwingungen auf den ganzen Körper. Eine gute Einweisung an die Trainingsgruppe halte ich für sinnvoll, damit die Sticks nicht durch die Gegend "fliegen" oder jemanden am Kopf treffen. Der Spaßfaktor ist extrem hoch und der Trainer gewinnt an persönlicher Flexibilität in der Auseinandersetzung mit den Drumsticks. Absolute Weiterempfehlung für alle die sich selbst aus dem "Trott" der Standard Übungen herausholen und fordern wollen :)
