Gravity boots – for safe workouts
The gravity boots, or inversion boots, are made of sheet steel and feature foam padding. They are used for carrying out strength or inversion therapy exercises while hanging upside down from wall bars or a pull-up bar. To start your workout, hold on to the bar with both hands, then lift your legs up, so your ankles are in line with the bar, and hook each boot onto the bar, one at a time. When you've completed your workout, grab onto the bar with both hands once again, unhook the boots from the bar, and then lower your legs back down to the ground. Beginners are advised to do this with assistance.
