The 4D PRO ReAction Trainer 3.1 was invented by sports scientist, physician and founder of the Germany academy of applied sports medicine, Dr Homayun Gharavi. When developing the innovative suspension trainer, Dr Gharavi drew upon his experiences as a fitness coach and team doctor for various international Olympic teams. The trainer’s origins in competitive sport are clear to see thanks to its particularly high-quality, gym-ready materials and extremely precise workmanship. That’s why the 4D PRO ReAction Trainer 3.1 uses materials that are normally used in parachute jumping: strong snap hooks and steel rings, incredibly tear-proof belts and neoprene loops. These loops are the source of another of the 4D PRO Trainer 3.1’s special characteristics: they provide a large surface for arms, legs or the stomach, thereby distributing the pressure on the body and protecting joints. If required, you can also attach additional handles. So you can train wherever you like, be it indoors or outdoors, the ReAction suspension trainer also comes with a tree strap and 2 door anchors which can easily be secured to a wide range of suspension points.
