Ideal for cardio, fitness and technique

I use the Wavemaster for cardio training and light contact kickboxing. I only need to fill the base with water and use a sports mat as a base. With this weight, the base of the Wavemaster lifts a little off the ground in the upper area with stronger punches, the mat then absorbs the load on the ground and the noise. For me it's all about feel, if you need it much harder, you should use sand as a filling and then think carefully about where the stand should be placed. With water filling and a little practice, one person can move the bag to any position and put it back in the corner after training. The Wavemaster has no spring, so it does not swing out. It is therefore ideal for cardio, fitness and technique and exactly what it is advertised for.
