In boxing, speed and sharp reactions are essential. Only those who react in time can block punches, intercept them or dodge them skilfully. That’s why training with a punching ball is a must. Punching balls are about the size of a handball and swing freely in the air. After a punch, they move back towards the boxer and, depending on the angle, also swing sideways. This improves reaction time, mobility and, above all, your sense of the right punching distance.
