First, place the loop over your thumb, then start wrapping just above the wrist. Next, form a cross over the back of the hand, stabilise the thumb, then wrap over the knuckles on the back of the hand. Make sure you don’t wrap too tightly or too loosely – only then will your boxing wraps fit perfectly and provide optimal support.
