Recommendations to determine required size
Measure the hand circumference at its widest part, directly below the knuckles but not including the thumb. For measurements between 14 & 17 cm, we recommend size 3, measurements between 18 & 24 cm size 2, and for measurements between 26 & 29 cm size 1.
Recommendations for increasing the size of the finger hole
If the size of the hand guard is fine but your fingers do not fit in the holes, then you can use fine sandpaper to make the holes bigger until they fit.
