The inlay of the Sport-Thieme acupressure mat is a soft foam core. The cotton cover features 210 circular, skin-friendly plastic pads. Together with your body weight, the mat’s fine spikes can stimulate acupuncture points and reflex zones – which can boost your metabolism and blood circulation. The acupressure mat can help improve blood circulation close to the skin, connective tissue and cells, and can loosen tense muscles.

Easy to clean
The cover can easily be washed by hand at 30°C. Just open the hook-and-loop straps and remove the cover for cleaning.

Akupressurmatte Neuling bei der ersten Benützung bin ich sehr erschrocken über die spitzen Dinger auf der Matte. Mit nacktem Oberkörper zügig auf die Matte gelegt, Schmerz verdrängt, und versuchte mich zu entspannen. Nach 5 Minuten wohliges kribbeln im Rücken, Schmerz scheint verflogen, Wärme breitet sich aus, ich spüre das Blut pulsieren. Alles in allem sehr angenehm, könnte stundenlang so daliegen, nach 20 Minuten aufstehen (zügig sonst tut es weh!). Rücken ist rot mit den Eindrücken der Pickser, aber sonst sehr angenehmes Gefühl!
