Fantastic!

As a poor to mediocre swimmer, I had long been looking for a suitable form of training that would allow me to do both swimming-specific technique training and swimming-specific strength training.

The Vasa Trainer is fantastic because it allows me to do just that. I can now even train and target individual muscle groups in isolation. Or I can train the entire movement with all muscle groups. Another highlight: I can optimise my technique without having to concentrate on my breathing, leg stroke or water position. For the first time, I could really concentrate fully on the positioning of the arm (elbow lead) and pay attention to a clean stroke.

The Vasa Trainer could be a real game changer for me. I am very satisfied: top workmanship and, with the leg platform, an almost complete all-round trainer!
