Strokes per minutes can be determined automatically
The pacer function of this stopwatch is a particularly useful feature for coaches, as it can automatically determine an athlete’s strokes per minute. Just time your athlete’s performance, pressing the stop button when they’ve completed 3 strokes, and the watch will do the rest. The stopwatch can store up to 10 such stroke rates, allowing you to analyse your athletes’ performance at a later stage.
With countdown timer for effective interval training
The countdown timer is another useful feature. This can be programmed to count down and display up to 9,999 workouts, one after the other. This function is ideal for interval training, circuit training and similar.
Stop, compare, repeat – with all times safely stored
The stopwatch also offers plenty of memory space. You can either store 300 individual times (lap, split and end times) or 100 data blocks (e.g. a session’s split times combined). Data blocks are excellent for performance analysis purposes, particularly if you're comparing various training sessions. They're also great for gaining insight into the fastest lap, slowest lap and average lap times.
