V2 Press up Handles Great product, I previously had the original version which were ok but these are of much better quality.
• Built to last with smooth rotation and steel ball bearing system
• Padded handles
• Reduce pressure and joint strain on wrists and elbows ( compared to traditional press ups)
• Treads on bottom to securely grip all floor surfaces
• The rotation system of the handles allow my arms to move naturally the same way as throwing a punch, this helps to engage more muscles in the shoulders, chest and arms.
