Product description
The Snakecurl Ankle Cuffs for Resistance Bands are designed to enhance your workout experience with resistance bands. Setting them up is a breeze: simply place the middle of the loop inside your shoe, rest your heel on the center of the loop, and you're good to go. For open bands, secure them by threading through the two loops around the ankle. If you're using loop bands, they can be easily attached using the Velcro fasteners. These ankle cuffs are perfect for a variety of exercises including functional training, Pilates, and yoga, as well as rehabilitation post-injury. This is because they allow for intense workouts without the need for heavy weights that might overstrain the joints. When it comes to cleaning, simply close the Velcro straps, place the cuffs in a mesh bag, and wash with regular detergent on a gentle cycle. Allow to air dry.
