How do you skip correctly?

Make sure that you lift your feet only slightly from the ground. Allow the rope to pass beneath the soles of your feet. Make very small steps with your feet. Alternately move the tip of each foot forwards. When skipping, always move the feet gently backwards and forwards. Always land on the ball of your foot while the other foot is still off the ground.
