The Sport-Thieme "Pro" punchbag bracket ensures safe training for amateurs, advanced users and pros alike. It is designed for bags weighing up to 60 kg. The swivel design means that it can be folded to the wall in either direction, for compact storage. On each side, the swivel arm can be locked in 2 resting positions (with and without punchbag).

Please note, the punchbag and fixing materials (such as wall plugs, etc.) must be ordered separately. Make sure that the wall is strong enough before attaching the bracket to the wall (partition walls or MDF boards are not suitable).
