Legal guarantee
Consumers buying goods are covered by the legal guarantee. The key information on this is set out in the harmonised notice below.
What is the difference between the legal guarantee and a commercial guarantee?
The legal guarantee is a right that the law gives consumers when they buy goods. It applies regardless of whether a commercial guarantee is offered on top of it.
A commercial guarantee is a voluntary additional service. It can be granted either by the producer or by Sport-Thieme. What it covers in detail follows from the respective guarantee conditions.
Guarantee conditions for your product
Whether a commercial guarantee applies to a product depends on the article. You will find the guarantee information directly on the product page.
100-day return policy
If an article does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 100 days of receiving the goods. Custom-made items are excluded. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back to us within that period.
Please pack the article properly so that it is not damaged on the way back. We are happy to send you suitable packaging material.
For articles that cannot be shipped as a parcel, for example bulky products, it is enough to inform Sport-Thieme within the deadline via our contact form that you are making use of the return policy. Our customer service will then get in touch with you and arrange collection of the goods.

What is the difference between a producer guarantee and the Sport-Thieme dealer guarantee?
The producer guarantee is granted by the producer of the product. The Sport-Thieme dealer guarantee is an additional voluntary guarantee from Sport-Thieme. Scope and conditions follow from the respective guarantee conditions.
