Made to the highest standards, the Sport-Thieme "OV" incline bench can be subjected to high loads – which is perfect for intensive daily bench pressing in the gym. Dumbbell exercises allow you to specifically work your upper chest muscles and the transition from your shoulders to your chest. The height of the seat is adjustable, making the equipment suitable for all types of athletes. Your feet can comfortably be positioned on the footrest, while the bar can be put down at three different heights. The rack features two safety hooks at the top, so the barbell can additionally be secured.
