The Sport-Thieme "OV" pull-up machine is perfect for both pull-ups and dips. Particularly practical: the special padding can be easily folded down to make your training easier. You can adjust the weight using the weight stack’s locking pin. The heavier you set this, the easier the exercise is, as the knee pad carries more of your body weight. Well-practised? Then the pad folds upwards allowing you to train using only your own body weight without support.
