The Sport-Thieme "Premium" Nordic walking poles set is ideal for fitness classes, rehabilitation and other exercise groups. The resilient Sport-Thieme "Premium Track" Nordic walking poles can be individually adjusted using a spinlock and can thus be optimally adapted to the walker’s height. The ergonomic grips with cork cover sit comfortably in the hand. Together with the built-in hand loops, they ensure that the pole is held correctly and support optimal walking technique. Thanks to their telescopic system, the Nordic walking poles can be quickly put away in the bag supplied once the training session has come to an end. The bag can accommodate all of the 15 pairs of Nordic walking poles included in the set.
