The incline of the backrest can be quickly adjusted using a knob, making it easy to vary your fitness training. When not in use, the weight plates can be stored on the 50-mm-diameter weight peg located at the front of the leg press. The footplate is textured, providing you with extra grip and ensuring you don’t slip during your workout.
