This strength machine is ideally suited for use in professional gyms, as it caters to every fitness level. Pushing the bar forward strengthens in particular your major chest muscles, as well as the lower muscle tissues. Textured handles ensure a firm grip and the seat is adjustable to ideally suit the user’s height. There are additional weight pegs on the side of the incline bench press for storing weight plates when not in use.
