Containing at least 10 resistance bands of each level (green = low, pink = medium, and purple = high), it is the perfect set for exercising with larger groups. The rubber bands boast excellent material properties and can be stretched up to 500% of their original length, making them ideal for both stretching and strengthening exercises. The set also includes a bag for safe storage, as well as a workout poster explaining 12 exercises in detail. Please take care not to damage the rubber bands on rough fabrics.
