The training board converts forwards movement into jump height when training jumps at low speeds or when training with athletes with limited vaulting experience. The Sport-Thieme "Standard" springboard has a wooden spring in between and has excellent shock absorption thanks to the composite foam padding (in padded version only). Rubber floor protectors on the underside to protect your flooring.
