Hart! Ich habe das grüne Zugseil für einen Schwimmkurs in der Schule (Oberstufe) gekauft. Der Kurs hat riesigen Spaß daran, seine Kraft und Ausdauer damit unter Beweis zu stellen. (An den anderen Beckenrand hat es noch keiner geschafft...) Hauptsächlich benutzen wir es, um die Schwimmerinnen und Schwimmer auf der Stelle zu halten für eine Videoanalyse. Klappt prima!

StrechCordz AquaGym Die Lieferung ging super schnell und die Beratung war top. Ich hatte den Wunsch, dass mit DHL geliefert wird. Das war kein Problem und wurde auch sofort veranlasst. Das Produkt ist hervorragend für unser maximal Training im Wasser. Ich würde es jeden anderen weiterempfehlen und kann nur sagen dascder Service bei Sport-Thieme sehr sehr gut ist. Trainingzugseil Dieses Zugseil ist sehr gut zum Kraftaufbau geeignet. bis 6,5 kg sollte die Anwenung eher für jüngere Sportler erfolgen im 25 Meter Becken. Mehrere kleine Intervalle bringt hohe Effektivität.
