No floor in the ball pool :-(

The ball pool looks nice, but it doesn't have a padded floor and this is not available. After a telephone consultation, I was told to buy mats. This has resulted in additional high costs for me and, of course, they are not available in the right size as it is a corner bath. This was not clear from the description. The ball pool is not really usable for us now. I am very disappointed!!!
