The Togu “Dyanair” ball cushion: for effective back training
The “Dyanair” ball cushion is available in a diameter of 30–80 cm and has a velvety, smooth surface. In the “Senso” version, one side is velvety smooth and the other has pimples that can be used for massaging. The air can be adjusted according to your fitness level. All original Dynair ball cushions come with a detailed exercise poster including lots of different therapeutic exercises.
