Daily training for 10-15 minutes acts as a counterbalance to everyday back strain at work and in our free time. The back stretcher consists of two curved side pieces and 10 or 14 cross members, each with a pair of soft rubber rollers. The two different versions available target different muscle groups. The short “Therapy” back stretcher is ideal for use in stretching the legs / lower back or the chest/neck. By laying on the longer “Sport” back stretcher, the entire spine is placed in the centre between the rotating rubber rollers. You lay in a natural, relaxing position which loosens and stretches the back muscles. Thanks to the steep angle of the curve, simply laying on top of the back stretcher increases the distance between your vertebrae and reduces pressure on the discs using just your body weight and gravity. At the same time the massage rollers also loosen and relax the long muscles to either side of your spine. In combination with stomach muscle exercises, training can be made even more effective.
