Enables children and teenagers with severe motor disabilities to lay or sit in relaxed, therapeutic positions. Motor skills can be improved, postural defects, contracture and scoliosis can be avoided or lessened. Communication with others is promoted and environmental stimuli can be better perceived. The versatile system can be used for:
- Restricting pathological reflexes
- The initiation of motion sequences
- Balance training
- The stabilisation of various positions
The PhysioForm-Grip system consists of foam elements with skin-friendly artificial leather covers (upper 100% polychloride, certified in accordance with OekoTex standard 100, flame-resistant) and pleasantly soft fleece strips. The pieces are assembled using hook-and-loop fastening – individual patches with hooked surfaces (Grips) are attached in the desired position on the fleece strips, allowing the blocks to be combined.
