Lavalampe Lieder nicht zufrieden. Sehr teueres Stück, das ich schon mal hatte und das 20 Jahr ohne Probleme funktioniert. DIe neue Lampe hat nicht funktioniert, also email geschrieben. Dort der lapidare Hinweis, dass das passieren kann, dass das Leutmittel im Inneren der Lampe keinen Kontakt hat und ich soll die Lampe aufschrauben und die Teile verbinden. Das käme öfter mal vor. Genau so wars, aber wie komme ich dazu dals Kinde die Fehler und NIcht Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle zu verbessern. Warum muss ich eine Lampe komplett zerlegen, bevor sie funktioniert, nur weil die Firma sich die Qualitätskontrolle offensichtlich spart?? Daher kein gutes Feedback. Höchster Verbesserungsbedarf.

Vielen Dank für Ihre offene Kritik, die sich auf den Mathmos Space-Projektor selbst (nicht auf die Farbräder) bezieht. Das Verbindungskabel wird auf das Leuchtmittel fest aufgesteckt. Vor dem Verlassen der Ware im Werk wird geprüft, ob diese korrekt sitzt. Die Leuchtmittelfassung ist federgeladen und sitzt sehr fest auf dem Leuchtmittel; sie sollte sich daher nicht einfach lösen können. Möglicherweise gab es eine Serie, bei der das Verbindungskabel nicht korrekt auf das Leuchtmittel aufgesteckt wurde. Oder der Projektor ist während des Versands erschüttert worden, wodurch sich die Verbindung zum Leuchtmittel gelöst hat. Wir haben die Produktion nochmals auf dieses Problem aufmerksam gemacht und die Kontrollen erhöht. Wir werden Sie nochmals direkt kontaktieren, um Ihnen eine Entschädigung für Ihren Mehraufwand anzubieten. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten.
