The twall is an attractive and attention-grabbing piece of training equipment that is bound to get even the biggest couch potatoes moving. The electronic reaction wall has a board that features 16, 32 or 64 zones, depending on the version. These zones consist of a translucent plastic plate that covers an LED light and a pressure sensor. The twall reaction wall’s zones light up in 7 different colours and are deactivated when you touch them. The user stands in front of the wall and attempts to hit, and therefore deactivate, the lit-up zones as quickly as possible. The sequence as well as the speed of the lights can be automatically selected using one of the 10 preset training programmes. Or alternatively you can create your own programme and tailor the twall to suit the fitness level and speed of each user. The twall is available in 4 different versions, so you’re bound to find the right one for you.
