The Togu® Bantoo® massage rollers consist of 2 red durable rollers made from Ryton with soft spikes. They couldn't be easier to use – lay the two rollers on the ground and roll your feet back and forth over them. Change the amount of pressure using your own body weight. Use the massage rollers when seated or standing. You can also use them for a hand massage. The soft spikes are comfortable and stimulating, and you can vary the pressure to suit you. The rollers can also be used for a hand and finger workout if you grip them or press them with your hands or just roll them between your fingers to stimulate the reflex points on your hands.
