The Sensoboard: the balance challenge
You develop quick reactions using the Sensoboard. The extra-wide board can move in 5 ways and you have to react quickly using your muscles to counterbalance the movements. The non-slip foot board is positioned centrally on a sphere which the board can tilt over. The elastic straps mounted onto the sides pull the board back into the initial position. The level of difficulty can also be adjusted. When the body shifts its position even slightly, the board becomes unbalanced – and the muscles have to work quickly to counteract the imbalance.
