The Sport-Thieme “Standard” basketball hoop is made from solid steel material and is exceptionally robust. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to hanging the net: with open net eyelets, double-welded or with a safety net attachment. With the safety net attachment (registered design number 20 2011 103 88.7), simply feed a steel wire through the eyelets and the net will be completely secure.
