StrechCordz with hand paddles: a different kind of swimming training
StrechCordz consist of a hard-wearing latex tube and hand paddles. The pull cord is securely attached to the plastic parts. The highly elasticated latex pull cords do not increase the resistance too much during the pulling action. The progression of force is therefore ideally adapted for swimming.

Pull cord training
