Pull cords: strength training in the pool
Pull cords are great for strength training in the pool. To use them, lean forward, feet a pace apart, and pull back both arms at the same time against the resistance from the cords. You can also alternate the strokes (like in a crawl), but with parallel strokes you have more control.
How to secure the cords
The pull cords can easily be attached to a hook or wrapped around something. Any items such as a bar, railing or sturdy door handle will work.
Buy the Sport-Thieme pull cord with waist belt now and and make your training in the pool even more effective.
