Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Trainingsbalken aus Schaumstoff, der dazu dient, Kinder an das Turnen auf dem Balken heranzuführen. Im Vergleich zu einem Balken aus Holz oder Aluminium ist der Balken aus Schaumstoff verständlicher Weise weicher. Bei erfahrenen Turnern empfehlen wir dann den Einsatz von Balken aus Holz oder Aluminium. Diese gibt es ebenfalls als Trainingsbalken mit geringer Höhe.
