für privaten Gebrauch sehr gut geeignet Ich habe mir diese AirMat Matte für den privaten Fitnessbereich gekauft und den Kauf nicht bereut. Auf dieser sind gelenkschonende Sprungbewegungen, wie auch Balanceübungen, Rollbewegungen (wer traut sich sonst eine Vorwärtsrolle auf dem dann doch für die Wirbelsäule harten Teppich...?) und Stützübungen (sehr angenehm für die Knie) möglich. Das Produkt bietet dadurch einen deutlichen Mehrwert gegenüber einer einfachen Gymnastikmatte. Eine super Anschaffung für die ganze Familie
