Product description
Sport-Thieme Throwing Mat “Nage Komi”: Enhanced Safety for Judo Training
The Sport-Thieme Throwing Mat “Nage Komi” stands out for its distinctive special foam filling ensuring consistent firmness across the entire surface. The entire mat is crafted from the same foam with a general density of 80 kg/m³. The thickness of the mat increases from 40 mm to 80 mm, providing excellent energy absorption for safe training. Both the surface and sides are made from durable, smooth vinyl material, securely bonded and sealed. The non-slip waffle rubber base is firmly adhered to the filling, and the edges are reinforced with a hotmelt adhesive layer. This ensures the mat is not only slip-resistant but also highly durable. Additionally, the beveled edges eliminate any tripping hazards for the tori (the executing, throwing judoka).
