Exercises with the trapeze

A gym trapeze can be used by both children and adults and offers a wide range of exercise options: use it as a swing to sit on or hang from, for support exercises or for dynamic swinging. Combine several trapezes – or the related Tripeze – to create training setups for multiple users at once. In combination with other gym apparatus, such as benches, you can build swinging balance stations. Training on the trapeze improves balance, strength, coordination and agility.
