The Sport-Thieme free-weight station: all the essentials for effective strength training
The Sport-Thieme free-weight station consists of 24 dumbbells, 1 flat bench, 1 multi-adjustable bench and 2 dumbbell racks. The compact dumbbells feature knurled handles for optimal grip during the exercises and a PU outer an increased lifespan of the dumbbells and to prevent damage to the floor. The PU outer also means the dumbbells are less noisy when put down.

A versatile set thanks to the benches and racks included
The flat metal bench with leatherette cover and the Sport-Thieme "SQ" multi-adjustable bench are suitable for a range of different exercises, including various bench press and body weight exercises. The two Sport-Thieme two-tier dumbbell racks offer plenty of storage space for all dumbbells included in the set.
