Please note: the Lambda bands do not fit the Lambda 1.0. The "Soft" version is suitable for use by people weighing up to 40 kg and can be easily combined with the Lambda 2.0 and 3.0 bands. The bands are perfect for those seeking a more relaxed experience (for example, when trying out new exercises).
