The RAD Roller: the right massage roller for any user
The RAD Roller is made of latex-free silicone and is available in 3 different degrees of hardness (soft, medium, firm). The massage roller consists of 2 connected balls. Between the balls there is a recess which prevents pressure being applied to the spine. Thanks to its small size the roller is ideal for particularly hard-to-reach areas of the body. The user decides how much pressure is applied, but the surface the roller is used on can also play a part. On parquet flooring or on hard gymnastics floors the pressure is more intensive than on a carpet or yoga mat, for example. Training success using pressure
